3. 1:1 Office Hours with Me
   Each participant gets dedicated time for personalized coaching. Whether you’re wrestling with a specific challenge or mapping your next career move, these sessions are your chance to dig deep and get tailored advice.

   PMs rarely get the opportunity to speak candidly about their experiences and challenges. Backchannel PM offers a moderated, confidential environment where you can connect, share, and grow alongside others who “get it.”
